Update 11/30 - A few more December dates have been added to the list above. Also, the Ogdensburg airport is offering a '2 for 1' special on December flights.
When 2 people pay for an outbound flight, Ogdensburg airport is offering to reimburse you for one of them. Pretty nice for an airport to do that!

Although it should be noted they're offering reimbursement for the outbound flight *only*. Not the flight home.
And it looks like it's only for the base fare, not the taxes and fees. In the case of the flights mentioned above, where the base fare is extremely low, this might only mean a reimbursement of $14 USD.
I guess another way to look at it is you're getting nearly 2 days of free parking at OGS. :)
